Use the Shopify account for the store that purchased Essence. Reviews submitted from a different account cannot be published.

Open the Theme Store listing

Open the Theme Store listing. If you are not logged in, sign in with the account that purchased Essence, then click "Write a review."

Choose a rating, then write your review. A sentence or two is plenty.

After you submit your review

Shopify usually publishes reviews within 1 to 2 days. Thanks again for helping support ongoing updates, improvements, and new features for Essence.
